We moved Jestatune from Oakland Park to Scone in 2013 to be mated to Snitzel and then back home with Jukebox in utero. Jukebox was than transported back to Melbourne in 2016 for the Premier Yearling Sale where he was purchased by Ciaron Maher.
The Ciaron Maher-trained Jukebox has confirmed his standing as one of the leading Blue Diamond contenders with a comprehensive victory in the Inglis Premier at Caulfield.
Maher selected Saturday’s sales-restricted $250,000 race as an ideal lead-in to the $1.5 million Blue Diamond Stakes later this month, and the colt didn’t let his connections down with a two-length win under Craig Williams.
