All the best of luck to Jackie Lancaster and Diamantini who have once again made the big trek across Australia to compete at the Australian National Dressage Championships at SIEC in NSW. Diamantini is a very seasoned traveller and I have to say he looks the best I have seen him this trip. Good luck to you both.
All the shuttle stallions arrived safely in WA to commence their stud duties Down Under. CHT was once again commissioned to move these very expensive stallions to their respective studs after they were released from Eastern Creek Quarantine Station.
Congratulations to all the Inter School rider and horse combinations the competed successfully at the Australian Nationals held at the National Equestrian Centre, Werribee Park. It was a pleasure to host some of them here at our Victorian base “Barengarra” to train before entering Werribee Park for the competitions. Great job well done and thank you for supporting Combined Horse Transport.
Garry Hall and Greg Bond continue to dominate WA Pacing both with multiple winners at several major meetings in recent times. We thank them for their continued support.
It was a great pleasure to move Nevin Botica’s champion trotter ( square gaiter ) “Sundons Gift” back to WA to spend his days of retirement at Nevins Myalup property. Sundons Gift raced until he was 11 years old amassing 41 wins and 17 placing’s throughout Australia, NZ and Scandinavia proclaiming to be the world’s best trotter of his era.
The first of the Brood mares with positive pregnancy tests have arrived safely back in WA after visiting Northern Hemisphere shuttle stallions on the East Coast.
CHT were at the right spot at the right time to be able to assist the Welsh Pony Breeders who were unfortunate enough to have the axel on their float bent by the gates as the wind swept them closed and into their float as they passed through at SIEC during the horrific winds experienced on the East Coast earlier this week. The ponies enjoyed their ride on one of our Mega Arks and arrived safely in Melbourne later that evening.
There are too many to mention but we have seen many quality quarter horses, thoroughbreds, warmbloods, Arabs, Gypsy Cobs, Welshies and family pets to mention a few pass through our property here at Barengarra where they have enjoyed their break during transit. Many thanks to all the owners for their support.
Congratulations to Oriel Douglas, Tracy & Corrie on the safe arrival of your Totilas colt foal and thank you for your continued support. Keep on finding those horses as you do.
